What formats do you deliver leads in?
We provide data in clean CSV format with parsed fields (case number, surplus amount, owner name/address, and document links). We can provide this data in other formats if you need.

Are the documents included?
Yes. Each case includes links to official PDFs (e.g., claims, notices, sheriff letters) and filenames for local download.
Do you cover counties other than Sarasota?
We currently specialize in Sarasota, but are expanding to additional Florida counties. Pro subscribers get access to all regions. Early pro subscription adopters are guaranteed access to all records, no matter how many counties we eventually cover at today's subscription rate for as long as our site exists.

We are currently working to support the following additional counties and plan to have them ready very soon:

Pinellas and Lee are nearly complete...

They will be followed by Miami-Dade, Brevard, Manatee, Seminole, Volusia, Flagler, Polk, Monroe, Lake, Okaloosa, and Gilchrist.
